Rafaela is a young, passionate chef that trained in Brazil, Sao Paulo. She has a worldly culinary experience of working as an Executive Chef in Indonesia and has worked in restaurants in Italy and Israel before heading to Perth Australia. Her favourite cuisine is Mediterranean which is clearly shown in her menu dishes she serves. She is a massive dessert lover with lots of special sweet treats to show off after the main courses.
